Doctrinal Statement
                                                The Word of God

We hold forth the Bible clearly and plainly as the verbally and fully inspired Word of God. We believe that it is
infallible and without error so that it can be trusted as an accurate statement of divine truth and daily guidance
for living. The Psalmist said, “
Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.” (Psalms 119:105)

                                             The Person of Christ

We preach Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, born of a virgin, Who became our sinless and substitutionary
sacrifice on the cross that through faith in His finished work at Calvary we receive the grace of God in Salvation.
Our redemption is made sure to us by His literal physical resurrection from the dead and that this same Jesus
will return one day to receive His bride, the church, and to judge the world.

                                                 The Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Godhead Who convicts the world of the sin of rejecting Jesus Christ
as Savior. He regenerates, indwells, baptizes, and seals each believer at the moment of salvation and desires to
guide each one unto Christlikeness through the Word of God.

                                                      Salvation

Salvation is the free gift of God by grace and received by personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, whose
priceless blood was shed for the forgiveness of sins. At salvation the child of God is immediately identified with
Christ in His death, burial and resurrection and is forever secure in that position. The child of God is to account
that to be true by faith and to live confidently in that knowledge. The salvation is secure and eternal through
the keeping power of God (I Peter 1:3-5; John 10:28-29), the intercessory work of Christ (Hebrews 7:25;
Romans 8:34; I John 2:1), and the sealing of the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 1:13-14; 4:30; II Timothy 2:19; II
Corinthians 1:22).

The Blessed Hope

We believe that the next great event in the fulfillment of prophecy will be the coming of the Lord Jesus in the air
to receive unto Himself the dead
in Christ and believers who are alive at His coming - otherwise known as the
Rapture and Translation of the Church. 1Co 15:51-57;  1Th 4:13-18;  Titus 2:11-14

The Second Coming of Christ

We believe that the great tribulation will be climaxed by the (premillennial) return of the Lord Jesus Christ to
earth to set up His Kingdom. Zech 14:4-11;  Mt 24:15-25,46;  2Th 1:7-10;  Rev 20:6

The Triune Nature of the Godhead

We believe there is one, eternal, infinite God existing in three distinct persons of the Trinity yet one in essence.
The Father, Son and Holy Spirit coexisting in unity of the Godhead. Each containing separate identities and
functions yet act in unity, identical in nature, equal in power and glory; consisting different personalities which
share in the same essence of omniscient, omnipotent, eternal, uncreated Spirit. The clear distinctions of the
Father, Son and Spirit does not subtract from their unity of one God.
